ELI-UNIDROIT Joint Project from Transnational Principles to European Rules of Civil Procedure – Spring Plenary Meeting held in Rome – 9-10 April 2018

 A plenary meeting of the Steering Committee, Co-Reporters and Members of Working Groups and Observers of the ELI-UNIDROIT project on civil procedure took place on 9 and 10 April at UNIDROIT in Rome. The meeting addressed the current working drafts on “Judgements”, “Parties”, and “Lis Pendens and Res Judicata”, as well as the progress of the Working Groups on “Costs” and “Appeals”. The overarching Working Group concerned with “Structure” also presented on the main issues and solutions for the Stucture of the Consolidated Draft.
