Our group involves 20 fellows working at the Department of Mathematics of the Università degli Studi di Milano.

The research topics investigated by our group include:

  • Classical problems in projective algebraic geometry;
  • Hodge theory;
  • Motivic homotopy theory;
  • Calabi-Yau threefolds;
  • Mori theory and minimal model program;
...and moreover
  • K3 surfaces (automorphisms and moduli spaces);
  • Moduli spaces of curves;
  • Derived categories and stability conditions;
  • Topology of algebraic varieties;
  • Computer vision.

Fundings

The research of (part of) the members of the group is partially supported by:
  • The national research project "Moduli and Lie theory" (PRIN 2017);
  • ERC Consolidator Grant (ERC-2017-CoG-771507, StabCondEn) "Stability Conditions, Moduli Spaces and Enhancements" (web page).
