How to reach us

The AGM 2020 will be held in the Aula Magna of the university of Milano, located in the historical premises of the University in Via Festa del Perdono 7. The closest metro stop to the university is Missori, a 5 minute walk away. Once you are inside the courtyard, you will find the Aula Magna on your left.

Milan is easily reachable by train or bus from the other Alpine countries. If you are coming by car, bear in mind there is a strict access policy to the city center (Area C) so make sure you park your car outside the area if you want to avoid fines!

If you are coming by train, you will most likely get to Milan’s central station, located on the same metro line (M3 – Yellow line) as the University. Just take the M3 towards S.Donato and stop at Missori.

If you are coming by bus, chances are you will arrive at Milano Lampugnano terminal, located on the red line (M1). To reach the University, take the M1 towards Sesto S.Giovanni and change at Duomo for the M3 towards S.Donato, then stop at Missori.

If you are coming by plane, Milan has three major airports: Orio, Malpensa and Linate. From Orio and Malpensa, hourly buses leave to Milan’s central station. Malpensa has also a train service (Malpensa Express) which will leave you at Cadorna. From Cadorna, take the M1 towards Sesto S.Giovanni and change at Duomo for the M3 toards S.Donato, then stop at Missori.

If you land in Linate airport, take bus number 73 to S.Babila. In S.Babila, take the M1 towards Rho/Bisceglie and change at Duomo as above.
