Here you will find all the information about the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court<\/strong>, the competition in the field of Investment protection law in which the Statale Teas participate every year.<\/p>

The\u00a0Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court\u00a0(https:\/\/www.investmentmoot.org\/<\/a><\/strong>) is the oldest and most prestigious student competition in the area of investment protection law, in which the participants will have the chance to deal with one of the fastest developing areas of international law, by both studying and practicing it.\u00a0<\/p>

The competition\u2019s field essentially concerns investment contracts and related disputes between States or public entities and private investors (natural or legal persons), within sectors that includes significant transaction in the corporate energy telecommunication procurement and similar fields.<\/p>

The competition\u00a0officially begins each year in November, with the publication of a \u201cCase-Study\u201d, the same for all teams, and is\u00a0divided into two phases;
a) Written phase, in which the teams will prepare a skeleton of arguments for both the Claimant and the Respondent,\u00a0
b) Oral phase, where the teams will defend the position of both Claimant and Respondent in oral hearings before tribunals composed of eminent sector specialists.<\/p>
