He is the founder and scientific coordinator of the Center of Research DEUTraDiS (on Domestic, European and Transnational Dispute Settlement). He is author of more than 70 publications in the field of domestic, international, comparative and European civil procedural law as well as domestic, international commercial and international investment arbitration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ed1c67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ed1c67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>He is member of the editorial boards of numerous Italian and foreign legal journals and has lectured held in several foreign universities, including Columbia Law School, New York, University of Montreal, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow and Kuwait International Law School, Kuwait City. He has been National Reporter for Italy for the EU Evaluation Study on the topic: &#8220;Impact of National Procedural Laws and Practices on the free circulation of judgments and on the equivalence and effectiveness of the procedural protection of consumers under EU law\u201d and winner of two EU Jean Monnet Modules (2015-2018 and 2020-2023) in the field of European, comparative and cross-border civil and commercial litigation.<br \/>Admitted to the Bar in Italy (2005), he has been Associate Legal Expert at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (Vienna) (2005 \u2013 2006) and Consultant for the Dispute Resolution Department of Clifford Chance Law firm (Milan) (2010 \u2013 2019).<br \/>As of January 2026, he is the founding partner of the law firm HenkeZulberti Dispute Resolution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Avv.
