The Department of Law of the University of Pavia, in cooperation with the Almo Collegio Borromeo and with the support of ELSA Pavia (European Law Students Association – Pavia Chapter), organizes a Summer School on the topic “Dispute Resolution: A Multifaceted Approach”. The purpose of the course is to offer students an overview of the most significant and successful ADR methods, with an emphasis on mediation, negotiation and arbitration, which will be examined in their relationship (if any) with traditional litigation.
