Surveys on the functioning of Brussels I – Erasmus School of University Rotterdam, Asser Institute and Leibniz Institute

by Xandra Kramer

Researchers from the Netherlands (Erasmus School of University Rotterdam, Asser Institute and Leibniz Institute) are conducting a project on Brussels I-bis, financed by an action grant of the European Commission.

We are curious to know how the new rules of the Brussels Regulation on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of civil judgment function in practice.

As part of a study on the amendments of the Brussels I-bis Regulation we have prepared a survey. The researchers are extremely grateful if you could fill these out or forward these to others that might be interested. It will only take approx. 10 minutes to fill out the survey.

The survey is available in Dutch, English, French and German.

Should you be available for an interview, please let us know in the survey or contact us at kramer@law.eur.nl
