The MPI Luxembourg is proud to announce the launch of its Research Paper Series on SSRN’s eLibrary. The series gathers preprints as well as intermediary research reports in the field of procedural law. All manuscripts may be downloaded by individuals, for their own use, subject to the ordinary copyright rules.
The ‘MPI Luxembourg for Procedural Law Research Paper Series’ compiles pre-publication versions of academic articles, book chapters, or reviews as well as intermediary research reports on various legal issues. It is launching with two manuscripts: Standard of Review (Investment Arbitration) by Joshua Paine, and The Unsuitability of the Lugano Convention (2007) to Serve as a Bridge between the UK and the EU after Brexit by Prof. Burkhard Hess.
