Published the First Bulletin of the permanent working group of the Italian Court of Cassation on its application of the European Convention on Human Rights – 6 September 2018

After the stipulation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Italian Court of Cassation and the European Court of Human Rights, taken place in Strasburg on the 11th December 2015, the Court of Cassation has implementd the Memorandum by setting up a permanent working group, composed of a member for each Section, civil and criminal, of the Court, and of two judges from the Massimario, which is entrusted with selecting the most relevant decisions of the Court of Cassation which apply the European Convention on Huma Right and with highlighting those decisions of the European Court which has some connection or impact with the Italian legal system, circulating them among the colleagues of the Court with shord abstracts.

In order to give value and not to disperse the work done, and to provide jurists and other interested citizens with a valuable and immediate consultation tool, the working group has decided to gather all the reports in a semiannual Bulletin, included in the website of the Court.

The Bulletin contains a hypertext link, which allows the users to have an immediate access to the full text of the decisions referred to.

The first Bulletin is now available online, and can be downloaded in a pdf format.
