The talk is organized to promote the European small claims procedure in order for it to become a valid and efficient resolution tool for law professionals, business owners and consumers.
Placing particular emphasis on the Italian experience, the talk will highlight best practices with feedback and opinions from front-line professionals (lawyers, judges, etc) while also leaving space for the difficulties of consumers in understanding the regulations.
