Abstract submission

  • Abstract call opens the 1st of January 2020 and closes on the 1st of April. After this date only posters can be accepted until the 1st of May.
  • More than 15  talks will be chosen from the submitted abstracts. Registration for the conference is a prerequisite for abstract submission.
  • Abstracts should be sent as a PDF file to the following email address hneclub@unimi.it and using the downladable instructions. In the mail please specify your preference (POSTER or ORAL comunication). Upon receipt a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
  • The type of communication (ORAL or POSTER) will be selected by an International Board and communicated by the 1st of May.

Poster guidelines

All poster boards will be 94,50 cm x 119 cm (H) and will be mounted vertically.

The poster boards are made of hard plastic. Suitable stickers are available at the registration desk
