I am Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Milan and Director of the international research network Culinary Mind. My work addresses the transformation of modern systems, with a focus on food systems. As an expert in the philosophy of food, I develop conceptual and methodological tools that reshape how we understand the food domain, producing frameworks that address global challenges and inform governance and sustainable innovation.
