Andrea Borghini

Professor of Philosophy — University of Milan

I am Professor of Philosophy at the University of Milan and Director of the international research network Culinary Mind. My work focuses on the philosophy of food and its intersections with science, culture, and public policy. I develop conceptual and methodological tools that reshape how we understand food systems, products, and consumption, producing frameworks that address global challenges and inform food governance and sustainable innovation.
