Registration

Convenient cumulative conference fees (within registration term: 550 euros in single-use room; 450 euros in shared room) will include

  • 3-night accommodation in the Hotel Gallia, or in a **** Hotel of the same management (*)
  • Meals: 3 buffet breakfasts, 2 buffet seated lunches, 2 “gourmet” served seated dinners, 1 typical dinner with local specialties;
  • Conference facilities and activities
  • Book of abstracts & congress bag
  • Coffee breaks
  • Social activities

Package for accompanying person (not involved in the congress) in shared room: 350 euros; special arrangements on request for children.

(*) In case that upon registration the requested rooms would exceed the available ones, participants will be accommodated (for night and breakfast; lunches and dinners would be all together at the conference and social dinner venues) in a **** Hotel of the same management as Hotel Gallia (Hotel Aurelia or Hotel Doge) both located near the seaside along the same avenue at walking distance (~1.5 km).

Late registration fees: 650 euros in single-use room; 550 euros in shared room; however, it will not be possible to book the accommodation until the fee payment will be received; thus late registered participants might be accommodated in different hotels (**** or ***).

Special rates are available at Hotel Gallia for optional pre- and post- conference accommodation:

  • Additional (night Monday 5th + breakfast Tuesday 6th): 95 euro for 1 person, 110 euros for 2 persons in shared room
  • Additional (night Friday 9th + breakfast Saturday 10th): 110 euro for 1 person, 130 euros for 2 persons in shared room
  • Optional buffet seated lunch Tuesday 6th (before congress opening): 25 euro
  • Optional buffet seated lunch Friday 9th (after congress closing): 25 euro

NEW! The Royal Society of Chemistry – Italy Local Section  offers a 300 euro grant to support participation of a RSC member to the XII ECHEMS. All members of the Royal Society of Chemistry in good standing at the time of sending their registration to ECHEMS can apply for it. The selection of the grant recipient will be care of the Directive Committee of the RSC Italy Local Section.
