Die Br\u00fccke, auf der du gehst, ist zugleich eine wissenschaftliche Station, Teil des Idrostelvio-Netzwerks, das seit 2010 die Hochgebirgsgew\u00e4sser des Parks \u00fcberwacht. Hier wird Wasser zu Daten, und jeder Tropfen erz\u00e4hlt eine Geschichte von Klima, Eis und Zukunft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nat\u00fcrlicher Kontext<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Der Bach entspringt dem Forni-Gletscher, der bis vor wenigen Jahren der zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte Italiens war. Im Fr\u00fchling, wenn der Schnee zu schmelzen beginnt, erwacht der Bach zum Leben und bleibt den ganzen Sommer \u00fcber kr\u00e4ftig, dank des Gletscherschmelzwassers. In hei\u00dfen, trockenen Sommern wie 2022 wird die Wasserzufuhr des Bachs entscheidend f\u00fcr die \u00d6kosysteme und die Wasserversorgung im Tal. Die Messung der Wassermenge ist unerl\u00e4sslich, um die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels zu verstehen und eine nachhaltige Nutzung der Ressourcen zu planen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wissenschaftlicher Einblick<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Das Idrostelvio-Netzwerk, das 2010 durch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Nationalpark Stilfserjoch, der Universit\u00e4t Mailand und dem Polytechnikum Mailand ins Leben gerufen wurde, ist eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften und langlebigsten hydrologischen \u00dcberwachungsnetzwerke in Gletscherregionen Europas. Heute umfasst es 10 aktive Stationen in vier Hauptt\u00e4lern des Parks, darunter das Forni-Tal, und deckt \u00fcber 90 % der Gletscherbecken der Region ab.<br><br>Stationen wie die auf dieser Br\u00fccke messen den Wasserstand des Bachs mit piezometrischen oder Radarsensoren, die mit solarbetriebenen Datenloggern verbunden sind. Die gesammelten Daten erm\u00f6glichen es:<br>\u2013 die verf\u00fcgbaren Wasserressourcen zu quantifizieren,<br>\u2013 glazio-hydrologische Modelle zu kalibrieren,<br>\u2013 mithilfe der Modelle zuk\u00fcnftige Durchflussmengen unter dem Einfluss des Klimawandels zu sch\u00e4tzen,<br>\u2013 die \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber die Bergwelt zu informieren.<br><br>Die Wartung der Stationen ist alles andere als einfach: extreme K\u00e4lte, pl\u00f6tzliche Hochwasser, Ger\u00f6ll und Erdrutsche stellen jedes Jahr eine Herausforderung f\u00fcr die Instrumente und Forscher dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Warum es wichtig ist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In einer sich erw\u00e4rmenden Welt ist es von h\u00f6chster Priorit\u00e4t zu verstehen, wie das Wasser der Berge auf den Klimawandel reagiert. Das Idrostelvio-Netzwerk liefert wertvolle Daten, um den Herausforderungen der Zukunft zu begegnen \u2013 von sinkenden Wasserressourcen \u00fcber extreme Wetterereignisse bis hin zu empfindlichen \u00d6kosystemen.
