Instructions for Poster presenters

  • Poster presentations will be managed together with all poster presentations from other symposia in the ad hoc general ISE session
  • Concurrently, in the Symposium 14 Hall(s) we will upload the poster abstracts
  • Moreover, we propose to all poster presenters to optionally present a 3′ flash video presentation related to their poster;
  • Such flash presentations will be included in our thematic presentation groups in the Symposium Hall; accordingly, we will upload each of them in a channel with associated post thread, enabling interaction with the Symposium attendees;
  • Flash presentations (in mp4 format!) should be sent to patrizia.mussini@unimi.it (for example using WeTransfer following the instructions below; please concurrently send an email message also to patrizia.mussini@unimi.it from the email address you want us to use when registering you in the Symposium Hall in the Teams platform) and received preferably in early August and in any case by August 21st. In fact, we will concurrently upload your flash presentation and register you as Symposium participant in the Hall, which will enable you to access it.
  • Even in case you have declined to present a flash presentation, please send an email message to patrizia.mussini@unimi.it from the email address you want us to use to register you in the Symposium Hall so that you can access it.
  • Student poster presenters may be eligible for a poster prize sponsored by Division 6, and to this aim could be interviewed in synchronous mode in the Teams general channel dedicated to synchronous events.

According to the ISE guidelines concerning copyright issues, the organizers will also require from you to confirm the following lines:
