The School will take place at the Dipartimento di Fisica of the University of Pavia, celebrating its 650th anniversary this year.
Pavia is a lively and charming town rich in history, art, and culture, about 30 km south from Milano.

Pavia can be reached:

• By train: from Milano Centrale or Milano Lambrate railway stations take a train to Voghera, Genova or Ventimiglia, the trip will take about 30-40 minutes; from Genova Principe railway station take a train to Milano (about 1h 15m). Stop : Pavia railway station.
• By bus: from Milano Linate Airport there is a direct bus to Pavia railway station. If you arrive at Malpensa or Orio al Serio Airport take the bus to Milano Centrale railway station and then a train to Pavia.
• By car: you can find here the way, by putting the target address : Via Bassi 6, Pavia, Italy.
