Origin: ‘Goldrich x ‘Pelese di Giovanniello’ cross, early selected as ‘BO 88617102’.
 
Tree: standard-open growth habit, of medium vigour, easy to prune and early bearing; bears on spurs and one-year old shoots; the bloom is late, medium to abundant, partially self-fertile; the yield is good. The fruits hangs very well.
 
Date of ripening: 94 days from full bloom to ripening date, first week of July in the southern Po Valley (northern Italy).
 
Fruit: oblong, slightly asymmetrical and good size (75g); skin is orange with 10% blush, of low acidic taste; may show a very light skin cracking in the very first fruiting seasons; the flesh is very firm, crispy and juicy,
of uniform ripening, orange, melting and freestone, not sensitive to internal browning. Excellent aromatic flavour, very sweet (high soluble solids content). Pit is oblong, medium. Outstanding shelf life.
 
Overall: very interesting cultivar for its easy tree management  and fruit of outstanding eating quality.
