Tree: standard-upright growth habit, vigorous, easy to prune; bloom is medium, abundant; the yield is good, tolerant to spring frosts. Flower is showy, glands are reniform.
Date of ripening: 103 days from full bloom to ripening date, second week of July in the southern Po Valley (northern Italy).
Fruit: round-oblate, symmetrical and of good size (200g); overcolour is 90-100% bright red on a yellow ground colour; no russeting. Flesh is yellow, firm, slow softening, of uniform ripening. Excellent aromatic flavour, very sweet, with medium-low acidity. Pit is semi-haderent, not prone to split.
Overall: very interesting medium cultivar for fruit of outstanding eating quality of high and persistent yield.
