Origin: ‘Vistarich’ x ‘Maycrest’ cross, early selected as ‘BO 02037004’.
Community Plant Variety Rights: under procedure. File number 2011/2174 (13 September 2011).
 
Tree: standard-upright growth habit, vigorous, needs summer pruning; bloom is early, abundant; the yield is good. Flower is showy, glands are reniform.
Date of ripening: 65 days from full bloom to ripening date, begin of June in the southern Po Valley (northern Italy).
 
Fruit: round, symmetrical and of good size in very early period (120g); skin overcolour is 100% bright red over yellow ground colour. Flesh is yellow, firm, slow softening, of uniform ripening. Excellent aromatic flavour, sweet, with medium acidity. Pit is cling, not susceptible to split.
 
Overall: very interesting early cultivar for fruit of outstanding eating quality, of high and persistent yield. Needs early thinning and strong (even mechanical).
