Aim of this project is to combine advanced crop sensing technologies with state-of-the-art deep learning models in order to create the building blocks of an intelligent precision crop protection system.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aims of the project<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Develop <em>data fusion approaches<\/em> to extract augmented information from complementary sensors <\/li><li>Explore different structures of <em>convolutional neural networks<\/em> for early detection of pest infection from elaborated data <\/li><li><em>Field path optimization<\/em> of automated platforms in search of early infections.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grant<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The PRECISION project is funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unimi.it\/en\">Universit\u00e0 degli studi di Milano LA STATALE<\/a>, under the call<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/work.unimi.it\/servizi_ricerca\/bandi_finanz\/121527.htm\">SEED 2019<\/a> &#8211; Bando Straordinario per Progetti Interdipartimentali<\/em>.
