Buda is a PhD Student in the doctoral programme \u201cThe human mind and its explanations: Language, brain and reasoning\u201d offered by Universit\u00e0 degli studi di Milano, IUSS di Pavia and Scuola Normale di Pisa, and member of the Logic, Uncertainty, Computation and Information Group (<a href=\"http:\/\/luci.unimi.it\/\">luci.unimi.it<\/a>) and of the Philtech Research Center (<a href=\"https:\/\/philtech.unimi.it\/\">philtech.unimi.it<\/a>) in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Milan, Italy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is president and founder of Wazabit, and CCO and co-founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mirai.systems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MIRAI<\/a>, a spin-off of the University of Milan dedicated to developing responsible AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A software developer since 1999, his interests focus on the logics and the pragmatics of information and computation, both symbolic and data-driven. His actual research aims at providing formal, experimental, and practical methods to detect and mitigate biases in complex systems, such as generative and predictive models.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alessandro G.
