(2014) Organization and coordination of the activities of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the EU in the fields of civil Law and e-Justice. In particular, responsible for the negotiation of all the civil justice files in the Council of the EU and for the trilogues with the European Parliament. Chair of the Civil Justice Counsellors’ group during the Italian Presidency.

(2014-today) Responsible for the preparation of the activities of the Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper, part II) and of the Justice and Home Affairs Council of the EU in the fields above mentioned. Responsible for the negotiation of all the legislative files in the fields of civil Justice and e-Justice, including in dealing with the European Commission and the European Parliament. Coordinator of the Ministry of Justice’s contributions in the context of infringement procedures concerning the Justice sector.
