The methodology and the results are very interesting.
I suggest evaluating a specific area and calculating the SWE using HN and snowpack density data.
You have identified a possible error between MOD10A1 + MYD10A1
and MOD02HKM images with local characterization?
In the Piave basin (1400 sq km) the average underestimation of the Snow Cover Area is even 20%!
