Description: With the objective of saparating a mixture of potassium salts from a water based solution we are conducting experimental measures of vapour pressure at different temperatures and concentration to know the activity of the species and be able to develop a thermodynamic model and evaluate the conditions for the separation. Apart from the vapour pressure are also requested others analysis such as specific heat and conductivity of the solutions.
The work will focus on the development of different methods to conduct precise analysis in different conditions and the verification of the consistency oft the data obtained.
