The main research topic is about the catalytic CO₂ hydrogenation for the formation of hydrocarbons, using dynamic simulation softwares and conducting danger and operativity sudies of laboratory plants.

The PhD project is titled: “Innovation and optimization of the hydrogen transport and distribution chain as a green and renewable energy vector”, in collaboration with Regas Srl, has the goal of studying the purification and storage of hydrogen by the usage of elctrochemical compression systems (EHC).
