Description: Hydrogen is an important resource for the future as an energetic vector and green combustion reagent. In view of the recovery and purification of this gas an experimental project for the separation of it from gas mixtures with extremely high selectivity with an electrochemical process based on a membrane cell, this project has born. It will evaluate the efficiency of the process and the optimal work conditions, with the perspective of testing also different membranes and catalyzers and to evaluate the entire project for the economic and energetic matters.
