The registration fees include: participation at scientific sessions, congress bag, coffe breaks and lunches.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will have to be sent in writing, by email at
info@sins2009.it or by fax +39-030-383290.
- Cancellations received by September 20th will entitle to a full refund of the amount paid on condition that the registered participant was not appointed as presenting author of a poster. If this is the case, having his/her abstract printed in the Abstract Book of the congress, the registration cannot be reimbursed but replacements are generally accepted.
- Cancellations received after September 21st will only entitle to a substitution of the name of the participant.
