There will not be formal proceedings of the TWIN workshp. However, partecipants are invited to contribute to a topical issue of the journal Quantum Measurements & Quantum Metrology which will be published with  selected contributions from the partecipants.  QMTR is a novel online journal published using the open access model, but the papers of this topical issue will be published free of charge.
