I am also interested on the structural and functional characterization of these peptide-enzyme interactions.

I’m a Post-doc researcher and my work is focused on peptide aptamers identification from genetically-encoded combinatorial libraries, using the yeast two-hybrid approach. My intent is to isolate peptides that target plant pathogen proteins and show antimicrobial activity. I'm also interested in the characterization of these peptide-protein interactions.

I am a PhD student in Industrial Intersectoral Innovation, with a research focus on the discovery of cyclic peptides from combinatorial libraries. My work aims to identify peptides with biostimulatory activity that can enhance crop resilience by inducing resistance to both biotic and abiotic stresses in agriculturally important plants.
