Cecilia won the prestigious bachelor degree prize Italo Martina 2021, issued by the Rotary Club Milano Duomo. Cecilia has an excellent GPA and she did a thesis about adiabatic switching molecular dynamics under the supervision of Riccardo.

The review by Emma Lockyer of our latest paper “How many water molecules are needed to solvate one?” has become the most read article in the research section of Chemistry World.
Giacomo won the prestigious Grazioli Master degree prize issued by the Istituto Lombardo di Scienze e Lettere thank to his thesis work about the calculation of organic reaction thermal rate constants. Giacomo implemented a novel algorithm for anharmonic constant calculations in Multiwell.
The editors at Nature Communications have put together an Editors' Highlights webpage of recent research called “Inorganic and physical chemistry” and they chose to feature our article, entitled “Anharmonic quantum nuclear densities from full dimensional vibrational eigenfunctions with application to protonated glycine”

Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy's most important economic newspaper, has pointed out the importance of the Nobel lecture held by Martin Karplus: "Events like this one are essential for promoting scientific culture in Italy" is the journal opinion on the meeting organized by Michele.
Giovanni's poster titled "Accurate and Efficient Prefactors for the Semiclassical Initial Value Representation Propagator" presented at the Path Integral Quantum Mechanics: Theory, Simulation and Application school in Lausanne has been selected and awarded a prize as one of the best posters.
Michele has co-organized the CECAM meeting "Different routes to quantum molecular dynamics" held in Lausanne. The group has participated to the meeting.
