The staff includes teachers and Ph.Ds.Prof. Carlo Della Casa (1925-2014), full professor of Sanskrit in the Università degli Studi of Palermo from 1965 to 1974, then in the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1974 to 1997, was here for long time Director of the former Istituto di Glottologia e lingue orientali. We all are extremely and affectionately grateful to him for his scientific and didactic work, with which he has created a new generation of scholars.
