Abstracts are welcome for both oral and poster communications.
All scientific presentations at GEI2026, including oral communications and posters, will be delivered in English.
Abstracts must be written in English and limited to a maximum of one page, including references, acknowledgements, figures and tables.
Submissions should be sent to gei.2026@unimi.it by May 15th, 2026 (NEW!) To facilitate abstract management, please submit them in Word format and name them LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_GEI2026_oral or poster.docx. Thank you!
Authors are required to use the official abstract template, strictly following the proposed format and specifications.
Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and linguistic quality of their work.
Each submitted abstract will undergo evaluation by the Scientific Committee. The presenting author will be notified of the Committee decision via email.
Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must complete the registration process. Any abstract for which no presenting author is registered before the deadline will be removed from the programme.
