Pierluigi Perri, PhD, is Adjunct Professor in Advanced Legal Informatics and Data Protection at the University of Milan (Italy). He was seconded expert at the Council of Europe (cybercrimes and cybersecurity), non-residential Fellow at the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School and affiliate fellow at the Yale law School He was also Visiting Researcher at the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Microsoft Inc., Redmond (USA). His research interests are privacy and data protection, information security, computer crimes and computer forensics. He is Deputy Director of the law journal “Cyberspace and Law” “(Cyberspazio e Diritto”). He is a member of the Scientific Committees of ISFA-Italian Chapter (Information Systems Forensics Association), CLUSIT (Italian Association for the Information Security) and AIPSI (Italian Association of Information Security Professionals).
