GROUP MEETINGS

Scheduled every two weeks, our group meetings are great opportunities to discuss research issues, as well as to learn about new chemistries.

Among group activities, we have:

Research presentation: a member of the group presents the updates on his/her research project, highlighting key results and future work.
Literature presentation: a member of the group presents a recent publication regarding synthetic chemistry, highlighting the key points of the paper.
Name reaction: a member of the group presents his/her favorite name-reaction, highlighting mechanism, variants, and applications.
Problem session: we split into four teams, answering selected synthetic problems (chocolates awarded to the winning team).
Seminar: a research presentation by an invited external speaker.
