Steve Vincent

After an engineering degree in organic chemistry at SIGMA Clermont (France) in 2018, Steve obtained his PhD in chemistry at the Université Côte d’Azur (France) in 2022 working on the development of novel fluorophores for site-specific labeling of nucleic acids, allowing their localization by classical or super-resolution microscopy in-cellulo or in-vivo in order to better understand their implication in life.

He joined the Sattin Lab in January 2023 as a post-doctoral fellow within the National Center for Gene Therapy and Drugs based on RNA Technology (Spoke 9 From target to therapy: pharmacology, safety and regulatory competence center).

His aim is to develop new fluorogenic probe-nucleic acids (NAs) conjugates allowing to study the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles of new potential NA-based drugs.
