The Model European Rules of Civil Procedure, developed by UNIDROIT and ELI, will be discussed at a conference on 15-16 March organised by The Swedish Network for European Legal Studies (SNELS) and Uppsala University.
The conference seeks to bring together a broad group of Nordic proceduralists to discuss the Model Rules, as well as their potential future impact from the particular Nordic perspective.
