The UNCITRAL Model Law on Enterprise Group Insolvency (2019) provides a comprehensive regime for the treatment of enterprise groups in insolvency and intends to contribute to the establishment of fair and internationally harmonized legislation on enterprise group insolvency that respects national procedural and judicial systems.
The Guide to enactment is helping States and insolvency practitioners to enact and implement the Model Law in their domestic law. The Secretariat will soon start counting the enacting States on a webpage dedicated to the Model Law.
