Origin: ‘Spring Red’ x ‘Big Top®’ cross, early selected as ‘BO 96028195’.

Tree: standard growth habit, medium vigour, easy to prune; bloom is early, heavy; the yield is good. Flower is showy, glands are reniform.
 
Date of ripening: 108 days from full bloom to ripening date, second-third week of July in the southern Po Valley (northern Italy).
 
Fruit: round-oblong, slightly asymmetrical and of good size (more than 200g); overcolour is 90% bright red on a yellow ground colour; no russeting. Flesh is yellow, firm, slow softening, of uniform ripening. Excellent aromatic flavour, very sweet, with medium-low acidity. Pit is semi-cling.
 
Overall: very interesting cultivar in the medium season, fruit of large size, of outstanding eating quality, of high and persistent yield.
