On July 13, 2017, the European Court of Human Rights has published an Overview of its case-law for the first 6 months of 2017 (from 1 January to 15 June 2017), which contains a selection of cases of interest from a legal perspective. The Overview contains a selection by the Jurisconsult of cases of interest from a legal perspective. It has been drafted by the Jurisconsult’s Department and is not binding on the Court.
This provisional version will be superseded by the final version covering the whole of 2017
