The project

The project’s purpose is to upgrade and improve the current judicial training system as well as the further enhancement of the lifelong learning system of the judicial officials in the Judicial Academy. In particular, the project will focus on the upgrading of the curriculum of the Judicial Academy in the field of European Union law.

Also the most recent strategic document of the Croatian Government for the development of the judiciary stresses the role of the Croatian judiciary as part of the European judiciary.

Topic

Objective

The overall objective of the project is the strengthening of professionalism, efficiency and competences of the Croatian judiciary through upgrading and enhancing the quality of continuous training for judges, state attorneys and judicial advisors.
