On 26 January 2018 at Sala Napoleonica of the Università degli Studi di Milano (via Sant’Antonio n. 5, 20122 Milan, Italy) will take place a conference on the relationships between the European Court of Justice and its interlocutors: national courts, representatives of the states and private individuals and entities.
The conference will be held by eminent representatives of the Italian judiciary and will be lead by the vice president of the CJEU, Prof. Antonio TIZZANO.
At the end of the conference there will be the launch of the new book “Le regole del processo dinanzi al giudice dell’Unione europea. Commento articolo per articolo.” (commentary on the procedural rules before the CJEU), by professors C. Amalfitano, M. Condinanzi, P. Iannuccelli
