DLA Piper, in cooperation with Università degli Studi di Milano and the European Court of Arbitration (Milan section), is organizing the Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot on 14th and 15th February 2020.
Teams from different countries are welcomed to join the event for measuring their advocacy abilities awaiting the Frankfurt International Arbitration Moot Competition. The participants will receive useful feedbacks from arbitration practitioners.
The Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot will start with a welcome conference on Friday morning, 14 February 2020, at the premises of the Milan University, on the tpic: ” Outstanding issues and recent developments in international investment arbitration “. On the same day, starting from the afternoon, the rounds will take place at DLA Piper’s office. A cocktail reception will follow. On 15th February 2020, the final rounds will take place in the morning, in the auditorium of DLA Piper. The attendance to the pre-moot is free of charge.
