The CEPEJ Working Group on quality of justice will hold its 23rd meeting in Strasbourg on 14 and 15 March. The Group will particularly address the challenges of artificial intelligence algorithms on judicial systems. It will also address the communication by the courts, the qualitative assessment of judges’ activities, the ex ante and ex post evaluation of the impact of legal texts, as well as the setting up electronic case management systems with a user-oriented approach.
