Summer School in PRODUCT ENGINEERING FOR FOOD TRANSITION (Como, September 8-10, 2022)
The school offers an update on the issues that drive the challenge of the food transition in the coming years.
The school offers incisive training on the topic: “PURPOSE DRIVEN” FOOD PRODUCTS ENGINEERING and aims to provide tools to address sustainable food production.
The IPTA school is aimed at sector operators and PhD or Postdoc students with master’s degrees in the disciplines of food engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, food science and technology, agricultural science and technology or other master’s degrees accompanied by proven experience in in the field of food production.
