It is now online the web site of the international summer school “FOOD ITEMS: an object-based approach to the complexity of food systems” , co-organised by University of Milan (Italy) and University College London (UK), in the frame of the Lake Como school for Advanced Studies.
The school will take place in Como (Italy), Villa del Grumello, June 26th– 30th 2023.
The school is dedicated to researchers, PhD students and post-doc working in food both in sciences and humanities areas, such as Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, Economy & Marketing, Design, Arts & Cultural Heritage, Social Sciences and Communication.
